Shipping Policy

1, How long will my order take to process?

We strive to create each piece of jewellery with care and attention to detail, which is why we kindly ask for up to 5 business days to prepare your order.

Rest assured, we will do our best to expedite the process and get your order to you as soon as possible.  

If you need your order earlier, please reach out to customer service via email and we'll do our best to accommodate your request and provide an estimated delivery date.

2, How long will it take to receive my order?

We use Australia Post to ship all orders and delivery times may vary depending on your location, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Express
Metropolitan Areas  2-5 Business Days 1-3 Business Days
Regional Areas 2-7 Business Days 1-5 Business Days

 
3, The shipping cost

All shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $79, and Free Express shipping on orders over $139.

4, How to track my orders?

All orders will come with the tracking number in your order dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can easily track your order via Australia Post Website (or Click Here ). 

5, Shipping Status:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email right away, please contact us for the tracking number.

6, Order Changes:

Should you need to make any changes to your order, please get in touch with us immediately. It's important to note that custom items cannot be exchanged for different designs.

7, Item Not Received:

If you've placed an order and the tracking status indicates that it's been delivered, yet you haven't received it, please contact the carrier to inquire about its location. Once the item is marked as delivered by the carrier, we no longer have control over it.
